The optimizations performed in the above link are on top of SBL examples.
For SBL flow please refer to: https://software-dl.ti.com/mcu-plus-sdk/esd/AM62X/latest/exports/docs/api_guide_am62x/EXAMPLES_DRIVERS_SBL.html

There are no example images that can be flashed into your boot media to achieve 3-5 secs boot time. You will have to perform optimizations both in the SBL examples and Linux kernel images, as well as use a tiny filesystem, to achieve minimum boot time.

I'm understanding what you are trying to say, but I'm not able change in dtsi and other .config files, that's why I need an example change, by which I can confirm that boot time is reduced.
In my custom AM625 SOM, I don't need the OLDI display, the audio channel, the CSI interface.
So, how to disable these sections in code?

You can navigate to the /ti-processor-sdk-linux-am62xx-evm-09.00.00.03/board-support/ti-linux-kernel/arch/arm64/boot/dts/ti/k3-am625-sk.dts file and remove the nodes that are not required. Then, re-build the kernel from top-level makefile. Please share the challenge you are facing while doing this.
