DM6437 CPU clock and power consumption

Hi,

 

I am using TMS320DM6437 for one of the vision based project.

Currently my CPU core is working @ 621MHz(27Mhz Crystal and PLL1 multiplier 23)

Now I want my CPU to work on 702MHz  (27Mhz Crystal and PLL1 multiplier 26)

 My Question:

1) What is the impact of increasing the CPU clock source  on below mentioned factors:

                                              Current consumption by CPU after increasing clock frequency?

                                              Heat problem of DM6437 IC mounted on Board?

                                              Is there any  impact on accessing DDR2 and External flash due to in crease in CPU clock?

                                              What is the impact on instruction execution?

2) What is the reason behind using 524MHz CPU clock for DM6437?

 

I have gone through the available datasheet and erratas related to this topic but unable to get the answers.
