PROCESSOR-SDK-AM64X: Boot time HS-FS chip

Hello,

we have equipped new prototypes with HS-FS chips, before we used GP. The new device need much more time for booting Linux (30s vs. 7s before). Can this be explained with the HS-FS decryption?

Hi Hans,

For HS-FS, binaries are only signed and not encrypted. Also for HS-FS, only image integrity check is performed and authentication is skipped.

Is it possible for you to share the logs the for the two (GP Vs HS-FS).
