I am JC, HW engineer in Korea.

I wonder if I could turn on and turn off the user LED by GPIO set.

would you let me know how to access GPIO0_64 USER_LED1 for example in SK-TDA4VM ?

Default SDK image should include the tools in the FAQ including gpioset which can be used for setting GPIO value.
