TDA4VM:Pad issue with TDA4VM

Part Number: TDA4VM

1.下图中泛黄的红色标记代表什么?

2.四个电容器的尺寸是0201,它的位置要求是多少(从周围的BALL)?还请告知我们电容器中心的位置。

  • Hi,

    Can you please explain the question in English?

    Regards,
    Tanmay

  • 1. What does the yellowed red mark in the image below represent?

    2. The size of the four capacitors is 0201, what is its position requirement (from the surrounding BALL)?Please also let us know where the capacitor center is.

  • 1. Those are markings used in package manufacturing, and are used by the vision system to help orient and place the capacitors on the bottom of the BGA.  They should not be needed in the customer's PCB assembly, instead they should use the top side pin 1 indicator.

    2. The capacitors are centered up/down relative to the neighboring BGAs.

    Regards,

    Kyle

  • Please inform us of the specific size of this capacitor (length, width and height),and the distance of this capacitor from the surrounding solder balls.

  • Hello Shuo,

    I'm following up with our packaging team to confirm.  I'm curious ... what are you trying to do with that detailed info?

    Thanks

    Kyle

  • Shuo,

    The capacitors are 0204 type, with the following dimensions:

    Length = 0.50mm

    Width = 1.00mm

    Thickness = 0.20mm

    Note that the package diagram in the datasheet has a minor error that will be updated.  It shows the caps as having solder on the "narrow" edge (which would be the case for 0402 type).  Rather the solder end is on the "wide" edge.

    Here's a picture of the bottom of a random unit:

    Regards,

    Kyle

  • Hi Kyle

    1.The reason I need detailed information is to design the substrate pads as well as the SMT stencil data.

    2.What is the size of the distance between the ends of the capacitor from the solder ball?

    3.The four capacitors in the picture are not the same size, is it because of the photograph?

  • Hi Kyle

    I hope to reply to the above three questions as soon as possible,thank you.

  • Hello,

    As per this diagram, our package facility has made measurements on 10 units with the following results:
