DaVinci Encode SDI (Serial Data Interface) to MPEG Ancillary data (closed captioning, AFD - Active Format Description, etc)

Hello DaVinci Forums,

When using DaVinci processors for encoding SDI (Serial Digital Interface) to MPEG, what happens to ancillary data, like closed captioning... AFD(active format description)?

Sorry, this questions is not clear. Codec XDM interface expects YUV input. The anciallry data has o be handled by the application. When you say Mpeg, do you refer to any particular standard here ?
