AM62A7: CPU Unique ID support

Hi,

Currently I'm working with SDK_9.1.
We observed there is no support for CPU Unique ID printing in default BSP

Kindly share the required changes for the same

Hi Sushmitha,

Please refer the below FAQ which is relevant for AM62x, but if you could refer the TRM and Datasheet for AM62Ax, the steps should be same.
