Hello,
This thread was re-assigned to the subject matter expert. Please allow them a few days to respond.
Thanks,

Hello Mitul,
Thank you for the query.
You need to start a new thread mentioning only the PMIC part number for information related to the PMIC.
I am looking at the SOC related query.

Sreenivasa
Hello Mitul,
Please refer below inputs for the AM625
AM62x Power Consumption

AM62X-PET-CALC — AM62x Power Estimation Tool
Hiii Kallikuppa,
I am working with the mitul on this project and Thanks for the data.
As mentioned above below please provide below pending data as well for simulation,
Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
As i mentioned above you will have to reach out to the PMIC team for information related to the PMIC.
If you can start a new thread as we discuss the SOC related information, that would be most efficient.
Thermal report of SOC (AM6254ATCGGAALW)
Can you elaborate the requirements.
The thermal performance is application dependent, and the thermal information provided in the SOC data sheet could help.

Sreenivasa
Hello Hemal,
The below documents could help during thermal simulation
AM62x Maximum Current Ratings
https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprada6
The AM62x power-estimation tool (PET) spreadsheet allows the user to calculate power consumption estimates based on measured and simulated data. Estimates are provided as is and are not ensured within a specified precision. Power consumption depends on electrical parameters, silicon process (...)

Hiii Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,
We have checked thermal model of AM6254 but this file format .ecsxl is not supported in our simulation tool.
AM62x Thermal Model (Rev. A)
So can you please help to provide thermal model in .pdml format ASAP.
Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
ECXML is a neutral format to be exchanged among thermal simulation tools. This was driven by the semiconductor companies to commonize the thermal model. As i understand ECXML is the way going forward for TI.
Help me understand the Flotherm version you use. You might also want to check with the tool vendor.

Sreenivasa
Hello Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,
Thanks for the response.
Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
This is not something we have in hand to share.
Let me check with the team internally and update you.
Can you please share the tool information you use along with the version.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Hiii Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,
Yes please check and help here.
Check below Tool details,
FlothermXT 3.3 & FlothermXT 2304 (latest version)
Hello Hemal,
Please refer below inputs from the simulation expert:
My understanding is that ecxml can be used by both Flotherm and FlothermXT and pdml should not be required.
Can they provide some insight into why ecxml is not accepted by FlothermXT?
Please share some additional inputs on the issues you are seeing.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Hiii Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,,
Please check below Snapshot of error,
Hiii Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,,
is there any update? please update the status?
Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
Let me follow-up and comeback.

Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
Please note that i am checking if there is a solution that could be proposed.

Sreenivasa
Hii Kallikuppa Sreenivasa ,,
We really appreciate your support.
Can you help to get below data,
1. what software you have used for building the thermal model
2. if it is a FLOTHERM then provide thermal model in .pdml format
3. if it is an ICEPAK then provide thermal model in .tzr
Hello Hemal,
Thank you.
Below is the reply from mentor.
We currently support only the excml format.
Could you reach out to tool provide to support.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
Hello Hemal,
Checking if you were you able to make some progress.
