JPEG have no APP0 and APP1~15 section encoded by DSP using DM6467

hi,

       As the title.I found the jpeg encoded by DSP using TI JPEG encode library have no APP0 section. Is there some problems? Because, I send out 22 fps to PC, and PC receive all the frames, but the PC can decode only 10 fps.  Addition, PC can decode all the 25 frames encoded by DM368 and the jpeg has APP0 section. Is there parameters should be set in application of DSP? Can you give me some informations?  THX.
