CCSTUDIO: CCS 3.3 install on Windows 10, 64bit

Dear Manager,

I want run CCS3.3 on windows10, 64bit.

I installed and run CCS3.3 as insturcted on TI's website  " https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/ccs_ccs33-windows10.html "

Even if I run CCS3.3 with adminstrator and windows XP service pack 2, It does not run.

Please let me know how to run the CCS 3.3 on windows 10 64bit.
