DM368-IPNC image breaking at the bottom

Hi all,

 

Please find attached the live image captured using DM368-IPNC camera.It shows the break towards the bottom

It is occuring in None mode,as you can see the options selected from the image itself.

 

Please guide me the why i am seeing the break in the live image captured from camera.
