Hi all !!!

Actually we are working with custom AM625 SOM we need to interface with CSI Camera ,with best capability and efficiency and needs its datasheet to understand the pin out of the camera

Thanks for your question.

Currently on AM62x the supported cameras can be found in the attached screenshot.

I would highly recommend you to go ahead with the the one highlighted in green as it is tested and all the resolution and frame rates work.
