AM62A7-Q1: Unable to set advertised speeds on ethernet

Part Number: AM62A7-Q1

Hi,

I would like to configure the advertised speeds for eth0. To do this, I create /lib/systemd/network/10-eth0.link with the following content:

[Match]
OriginalName=eth0

[Link]
Advertise=10baset-full
Advertise=10baset-half
Advertise=100baset-full
Advertise=100baset-half

This should configure the advertised link speeds for eth0, and should allow 10baseT (Half/Full Duplex) and 100baseT (Half/Full Duplex).

After booting, the system still gets a link at 1 Gbps.

root@am62axx-evm:/opt/edgeai-gst-apps# ethtool eth0
Settings for eth0:
        Supported ports: [ TP MII ]

Once I've booted, if I execute the command udevadm test /sys/class/net/eth0 to apply the settings again, the link speed advertisement changes to 10baseT and 100baseT:

root@am62axx-evm:/opt/edgeai-gst-apps# cat ~/ethtool-100mbps.txt

How do I make this configuration stick without intervention?
