DDR3 Initialization with SW Leveling issue ??

As explained on ti website with link

DDR3_slave_ratio_search.out file is used to perform software leveling but my DDR is not working so how & where this program should be loaded to execute it and to retrieve various values as mentioned in the RatioSeed.zip (.xls file inside this zip) ??

Can anyone suggest, if i have new board and want to set software leveling which suites it best for my board and DDR starts working ?
