AM6526: Mass information

Part Number: AM6526

Hello,

          I would like to know what is the mass of the following references:

- AM6526BACDXEAF

- AM6548BACDXEAFS1

I think I was able to find it previously using the online tool: https://www.ti.com/materialcontent/en/home, but unfortunately today it says that it doesn't recognize the references. I don't understand why, let me know if there is a way to find mass and material information instead of opening a thread each time...
