HDVPSS video decoder control migration from M3 to A8.

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone from TI can narrow down the time frame of when during Q4'11

the migration of the HDVPSS video decoder control firmware will move from the M3 to the A8.

We have some early spins of some custom boards using the DM8168 but our H/W team was

not aware that there were going to be TI-firmware limitations of where we could put our

video decoders for the early releases of EZSDK software so it was placed on the second I2C

bus which is giving us headaches due to the M3-core firmware taking over that bus.

Since Q4 is "holiday heavy" [US-side] I'd like to start planning on if we need to move our

parts around on the board on any intermediate board spins but this depends a lot on when

this code migration can be expected.

Can anyone from TI narrow this down a little?

Thanks.

Juan Solis.
