AM62A3: Unable to init TIOVX module - AM62A

Hello,

We are developing application which requires multiple resolution , if we change resolution to different resolution some times it got failed,

I am using imx219 with the board

3280*2464
1640*1232
1280*720
640*480

It's working fine but if i change 3280*2464 to 1280*720 and 3280*2464 to 640*480 continuosuly im getting below error

This is not only issue,we are facing another issue also which we created the thread before This Thread

i think tiovx isp is not able to handle the application

Just to double check, when you change the resolution, did you reconfigure the sensor and csi bridge? Did you use dcc_viss.bin tuned for the new resolution?

is there any way to close and run the new resolution pipeline on the go properly?

i am just doing killall -9 gst-launch-1.0 and start the new pipeline

Did you mean you changed the resolutions repeatedly and then it stopped working? Would you mind sharing a complete log including the working case and non-working case?

yes we are changing the resolution repeatedly and its random we don't know when it gives and you see the log in my description

Ok. Please try to use "num-buffers=<Number of frames>" to stop the pipeline gracefully. For example,

gst-launch-1.0 v4l2src num-buffers=100 device=/dev/video-rpi-cam0 io-mode=5 ....

We will record continuously until battery fully get discharged, so customer requires different resolution to save a file and take pictures

Can you use the multiscaler to generate images at different resolutions from the same input resolution? For example, set your input at 3280x2464, and produce 4 output streams at: 3280x2464, 1640x1232, 1280x720 and 640x480.
