Hi

I am using SK-AM62-LP evaluation board and Code Composer studio. I am configuring UART5 for my project via sysconfig.

I am getting from sysconfig that UART5 cannot support interrupt since it is not in MCU domain. I have attached the screenshot below,

I wanted a confirmation on this. Is it that for AM62x controller interrupt is not supported for UART5, or is it a limitation for Code Composer studio alone.

    Hi Vivek,

    The error displayed in SysConfig is correct and has nothing to do with limitation of code composer studio.

    This information can be found in the TRM for the specific SoC as well, in the sections Memory Map and Interrupt Connectivity.

    I hope this clarifies your doubt.
