I am reporting an issue with 4 out of the 5 units purchased from DIGIKEY distribution - model TMDSEMU560V2STM-U.
Initially, we purchased 3 units, and immediately 2 of them showed errors as shown in the attached screenshots.
After consulting with DIGIKEY distribution support, we returned the 2 non-functional units and, while waiting for the correction, ordered the last 2 units from the distributor's stock.
It turns out that both of these units also do not work from the beginning.
We kindly ask for verification of our report and approval for the replacement with 2 new functioning units.
Currently, we only have one unit that has been working since the beginning, and we need a total of 3 units.
Both XDS560v2 debuggers (TMDSEMU560V2STM-U) were checked in each case with, among others, the Texas Instruments J721EXENETXPANEVM and J784S4XG01EVM EVMs.
We own several TMDSEMU560V2STM-U debuggers purchased 2023 and they have not caused any problems so far.
Symptoms of defect:
SN: SB47416 - Issue description: The product is not recognized by Windows each time (message - "No USB"), the device does not fully boot even after hours.
SN: SB47243 - Issue description: The product can boot, but cannot be communicated with. Dozens of attempts have been made without success.
SN: SB47208 - Issue description: The product can boot, but cannot be communicated with.
SN: SB47264 - Issue description: The product can boot, but cannot be communicated with.
Please accept the supply of two new good working debuggers.
