CE example sources

Hi,li

As I know there is no videnc1_copy.c source file under videnc1_copy codec .Do you mind to tell me how to add my videnc1_copy.c to codec videnc1_copy. I have tried to move it form ti.xdais.dm.examples.videnc1_copy,but it did not work .Hope to get some help form you.

The CE codec examples merely provide the packaging around a non-CE-specific XDAIS example alg (ti.xdais.dm.examples.videnc1_copy). They are not written to build a source file and use that.
