Hello,

Customer want to know specification of On-Chip Memory Sleep Mode Register (OCMEM_SLEEP) register's.  Please answer following questions
      1. Please teach polarity for each bit.  set "1" is enable. Is it correct?
      2. If set "1" for OCM*_SD, OCM*_DS and OCM*_LS at the same time, which function is effective?
