TMS320C6655: How to use SRIO

HI guys， i want to use SRIO interface, for now, i want to use as 1 lane X 4(there are four SRIO channels ( 1lane )), what's the difference between "1 lane * 4" and " 4 lane * 1" in schematic? are they all have one differential pairs clock， 4 differential pairs data? thanks
