Thank you very much for answering my question.

I have asked the  sales distributor  you gived to me. All of them don't have the TMX320C6670CYP device at now. But some of them have the TMX320C6678CYP device.

I have checked the TMX320C6678's datasheet, it is seemed that the C6678 is almost the same as C6670,

Does the C6678 is Pin compatible with the C6670? (Install the C6678 on to the PCB instead of C6670)

The C6670 is not Pin for Pin compatible with C6678 and each has peripherals the other does not.  They are of the same family but have a fair amount of differences to them.
