Hello Conor,

What software are you using on the C6748? e.g. ,are you using a particular SDK? SYS/BIOS? Something else?

With our newer devices, we document what compiler version was used with the specific SDK version. I would assume C6748 had something similar.

The latest compiler is v8.3.12, but when I tried to compile using v8.3.12 with C6748, the compilation failed. Is it possible to compile using v8.3.12 with C6748?

If C6748 does not support the latest compiler, please tell me the version of the compiler that supports C6748.

Did you read the page I sent you? It had a link to the release notes, where the exact compiler version that was used with the SDK is documented.

That is the last compiler version that our software team tested with the part. https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/latest/rtos/index_release_specific.html#release-notes

The link said that v8.3.2 is compatible. Does that mean that the newer v8.3.12 is not compatible? The product page seems to be introducing the latest v8.3.12.
