The information provided related to M.2 module seems to be for AM62x and not for the AM62P EVK.
The SK-AM62P-LP EVK does not have any on-board WIFI & BT Module, but instead supports a M.2 Connector.
In the SK-AM62P-LP EVK User guide, we are not able to find any data on the tested M.2 Module.
Kindly let us know the M.2 Module that is already validated on the SK-AM62P-LP EVK Platform and also provide the buying link for the same.

AM62x and AM62P are from the same family, P has a more powerful GPU and wider and faster LPDDR4. The interface to a WiFi or Bluetooth is the same. https://www.ti.com/document-viewer/lit/html/SPRUJA2#GUID-F19A2BF4-58D4-433A-931D-4EAA9F9EB1A2/GUID-3333DCE6-EEA2-485A-8457-F1F16BFF0ABB . In the AM62x users guide we suggest to use for example Embedded Artist EAR00388 which looks like is avaible from for example Digikey.
