AM62A7: EMMC boot mode cannot reboot the board but SD card boot mode can reboot

I am using sdk9.1 version of am62a on our products. We tried using both EMMC and SD card boot modes.

When I boot with EMMC, my SBL boot image was placed in the boot0 partition of EMMC and boot normally. However, after I run the reboot command in Linux, the system cannot reboot properly：

But when I boot with an SD card, I can reboot normally：

So I wanted to see if the same thing happened on the EVM board？

What is the Cause that the EMMC boot mode cannot reboot?
