It has been observed that modules such as VTM and CBAS [1,2,3] have dividers After the DCC-clock signal is routed out.

Can you please confirm if these dividers are configurable in software?

Can I get a bit more context on what are you looking to configure here from software? These are HW clock dividers and these cannot be modified from SW.

Thank you for the reply.

There is no Idea to configure the divider in software.

Since the DCC clock signal is routed out before the divider for supervision, we were concerned that it might be configurable by software. If this is the case, we intend to supervise the signal After the divider by some other means, as the modules are safety relevant.
