Can you provide any additional details about what's not working on this board? Are any LEDs turning on? If so, which ones?

Are they using the recommended power supply (and adapter, if applicable) that's specified in section 3.1 of the EVM user guide (https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruj63a/spruj63a.pdf)? Did they follow the power-on/off procedure in section 3.3 of the user guide?

Please see below answers from customer.

Are they using the recommended power supply (and adapter, if applicable) that's specified in section 3.1 of the EVM user guide (https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruj63a/spruj63a.pdf)?

-> We are using the power supply of 12V/5A DC output / 2.5mm I.D. x 5.5mm O.D. Barrel Plug that has an equivalent specification to the recommended power supply (GlobTek Inc. RR9LE5000LCPCIMR6B)

Did they follow the power-on/off procedure in section 3.3 of the user guide?
