What are the exceptional cases you are seeing this happen with? Please provide details for how to recreate. Also, what SDK version are you running.

Hi,

     During the process of performing power on and off tests on the equipment, we found that the execution time of the gst_init() function took 11 seconds on one occasion, while it typically takes around 1.5 seconds under normal circumstances. We are currently using version 1.16.3. Have you encountered this issue before? We have not yet upgraded to test. Can upgrading to a newer version resolve this problem? Has there been a fix submitted for this issue?

Hello, 

We have not encountered this issue before from my knowledge. I do know in the past with this gstreamer and SDK version you are running, there were several problems with the codec. I suggest upgrading to the newest 9.2 SDK release.
