Can the RESETOUTn width be increased?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65023, OMAPL138, TLV809

We are wrestling with PMIC TPS65023 reset and soft-reset. Our current board layout is such that the PMIC is not reset (via nHOT_RESET) when the OMAPL138 goes through a soft reset (WDT timeout as implemented in the mainline Linux kernel).

We would like to rectify the situation; one idea is to use RESETOUT of the OMAPL138, but it is currently  285.8 us whereas the PMIC requires 25ms minimum. Is there a way to increase the RESETOUT width by configuring the OMAP?
