AM623: DDR Memory Frequency configuration using sysconfig

Tool/software:

Hi Expert,

After entering the settings, the Memory Frequency (MHz) of DDR4 cannot be set to 1600, but can only be set in the range of 303~850.

The datasheet states that it supports more than 1600,

Did I make any settings wrong?
