Tool/software:
Hi, I'm looking into options for using an automotive-grade microcontroller/other processor as a type of constant power heater. The idea is that after power on, the MCU will constantly be running some kind of stress test so that it will dissipate a relatively stable 5-10W. Ideally, the MCU will operate off of a single supply and will also have the ability to report its junction temperature over some kind of digital interface. I selected the AM4372 as an example, but I'm not really sure where to start with this. If it's not feasible based on the available products then please let me know as well.
Thanks in advance!
