I use the MII mode of ICSSG Ethernet of AM6422 to connect to DP83620 chip. I can connect to PHY chip. I can receive ARP data packets through the example enet_layer2_icssg, but I cannot send them. I cannot ping the network after setting IP using the example enet_icssg_tcpserver. Where might the problem be?

Thanks for your query.

You are working on custom board with AM64x + DP83620 PHY.

You are able to receive frames on R5F core but Tx is not working.

Can you check where the packets are dropped using MAC loopback and PHY loopback?

Hi，

I checked according to the example you mentioned and found that MII mode is not supported. After changing to MII mode, the error message printed is “IcssgUtils_checkPortMode: icssg0-1: MII mode not supported, must be MII or RGMII”. If I want to use MII mode for testing, how should I modify it? Can you give a sysconfig configuration instruction?
