For 2, DO you want to flash only rootfs or the bootloaders as well?

For 2:

In flashing EMMC, dtb* + Kernel Image + rootfs will be made into a tisdk-rootfs.img (EXT4), and then flashed to the eMMC User partition, and start OK.

Can we flash tisdk-rootfs.img (EXT4) to UFS and then boot from UFS?

How to set uboot environment variables and how to flash tisdk-rootfs.img (EXT4)?

Please send us the detailed flashing process and documents.
