J784S4XEVM: Image flash in J784S4XEVM using Uniflash failing ! or Partial success sometimes

I am using Uniflash 8.4.0 and it is windows machine. Sometimes it works and sometime I have to trigger agian after resetting the Board. There is inconsistence with Uniflash tool.

Let me tell you the scenario cases for multiple runs.

Trial 1: When u run the command 
.\dslite.bat --mode processors -c COM11 -f C:\ti\uniflash_8.4.0\processors\FlashWriter\j784s4_evm\uart_j784s4_evm_flash_programmer_release.tiimage -i 0 it loads the image untill 55% and stops immediately (Failed)
Trail 2: Run the same commad and achive loading starting from 0% to 100% (Success)
Trail 3: When you run the command it loads starting from 0 to 100% (Success)
Trail 4: When you run the command it loads starting from 0 to 100% (Success)
Trial 5: When u run the command it loads the image untill 55% and stops immediately (Failed again)
Trail 6: Rerun the command to achive loading starting from 0% to 100% (Success)
....
......

Trail 10: ............................

Why it fails sometimes ahcieving 55% ?

I see that this thread is somewhat old. Are you still using the older Uniflash version and the older SDK, or have you moved to a newer Uniflash tool and SDK versions?

I recommend that you move up to the very latest Uniflash tool at the minimum, and also use the latest SDK (9.2 or even the very recent 10.0 SDK).  

We do not use Windows environment in general that much, as it is in general slow when compared to an Ubuntu machine running on the exact same machine. All of our development and extensive testing is primarily based on Linux machines, and Windows is just a cursory validation. So, I recommend you to setup the recommended Ubuntu (even virtual-machine if not) for the desired SDK.

The UART downloader program packaged with the Uniflash tool might also be a bit outdated, so I recommend you to build and use the binaries from the latest SDK to replace the binaries within the Uniflash tool.

Please see the J784S4 PDK UniFlash documentation, especially the 6.4.9 Rebuilding Uniflash Flash Programmer and 6.4.10 Upgrading Uniflash Flash Programmer from SDK sections.
