I tried to follow the steps given in the following resource to flash the soc binary but run into the following issue

1. I cant see UART/data ports. Only serial ports

2. I try to flash but run into the following error

Based on what is mentioned here I believe 31 is UART but if I choose 31 nothing flashes, if I choose 33 it executes 1 of 5 and then fails to execute rest

Hi Zorah,

Can you make sure the COM serial port is not open anywhere else? Including CCS or any terminal windows.

its not being used by anything else

Hi Zorah,

As per our communication offline, revert any changes that were made to the cfg file and attempt flashing the SoC initialization binary on a Linux platform.

As per our communication offline, use the required USB Type-C power supply 5V-20V, 60-65W.
