TMS320C6678: Cannot Find CToolsLib

Tool/software:

I am trying to pursue incorporating system level debug capabilities within my C6678 application as described within the document "KeyStone Architecture Debug and Trace User Guide" (SPRUGZ2A).

I can't locate the CToolsLib being referenced with this documentation.

The referenced CToolsLib Wiki site: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CToolsLib does not exist.

Where can I find this CToolsLib and associated example projects of its use so that I can incorporate runtime debug capabilities into my C6678 application?
