Hi

May I have question about AM64x DDR subsystem?

I want to use LPDDR4 for AM64x, but some memory supplyer not recommanded 16-bit bus wides.

So I want to use 32-bit LPDDR4 with Data 16 to 31 bit non-connected. 

Is this rayout allowed?

    Yes, this is allowed.  You can use a 32-bit memory and not connect the upper 16bits.  Just note that you would not be able to access half of the memory.
