TMS320C40: Programming TMS320F240 via CC V3.3

Hi 

Can anybody assist me locating the tools to program a TMS320F240 device using a .out file I have. 

At the moment we are using a XDS510PP_Plus emulator with parallel port on an old XP machine but that has stopped working and I'm not sure if it's the parallel port of the PC I'm using or the emulator itself.

I'd like to move over to using a USB emulator but I'm not entirely sure if this is possible on a newer machine or even the same XP machine. Does CC V3.3 have the same tools to program as the old tools I was using (prg2xx).
