  • Hi Roopa,

Which SDK example are you trying to use for this test?

Also, are you running the test on the out-of-box example or there are changes in the application/driver?

  • Hi Archit,

Which SDK example are you trying to use for this test?

We are using industrial communication SDK 09.02.00.08 sample examples.

Also, are you running the test on the out-of-box example or there are changes in the application/driver?

We are using Ti sample example (EthereNet IP adapter discrete IO device RGMII)given in the SDK 09.02.00.08 without any changes.

  • Hi Roopa,

have you set the MAC address in the Conformance tool correctly?
    Under
    SCT Editor->Physical Data->TCP Interface 1
    and also
SCT Editor->Ethernet Link->Instance Group 1->(in Attribute Description) Physical Address

After the changes, save the .soc file and then try again.

    Regards
    Pourya

  • Hi Pourya Eskandari,

I have set the MAC address in both Physical data and Ethernet link then i have try to run the conformance test(connection manager specific test ) but then also we are getting same logs and also we are getting another error in the UART logs is "tcp_err_handler: Connection aborted. (-13)".

How to fix this issues please give me suggestions.

    Thank you,

    Regards

    Roopa T

  • Hi Roopa,

looking again at your logs, it seems that I/O configuration is wrong. Please make sure that for connection1 the Transfer format is set to "Modeless Format".

The "tcp_err_handler: Connection aborted. (-13)" is related to TCP/IP section. you can safely ignore it in this case.

    Regards
    Pourya
