Hi,
When connecting a 26 MHz crystal to the oscillator input on the AM3505. Is recommended to connect the crystal's ground directly to the ground plane on the board and connect VSSOSC to GND using a dedicated via?
Regards

The VSSOSC terminal is a Kelvin ground for the oscillator circuit. This terminal provides a ground reference for all crystal components that is at the same potential as the AM3505 oscillator. It should only be connected to the crystal circuit components (load capacitors and crystal ground) with minimum coupling to the any other PCB traces including the PCB ground plane. This will provide the lowest input noise to the AM3505 oscillator.
