.CFG file is blank in CCSv4.2

Hi ,

I create a new project in CCSv4.2 .

I double click on the .cfg file that is already generated,say hello.cfg, and find that " Available Products" window is blank and " Outline View" is not as usual .

How to resolve this issue?
