Hi Ti experts.

I'm using a decoder using the wave5 driver on TDA4VH EVM.

I'm wondering if the wave5 driver can support H264(YUV444p) formatted video.

Hello Yongsig,

No, the VPU only supports native H264 and H265 encoding/decoding of YUV420. YUV422 input is an acceptable encoding input but will get downsampled to 420 for internal processing.
