ok here goes... I have 8 cameras and a monitor hooked up in my store to a ti da vinci. My manger walked out on me and didn't tell me the password for the machine. I just got robbed the other day so now i am desperately tring to get this machine unlocked so next time i can get it on video and it would be nice to view my employees again. I have tried googling what to do with no luck. i tried calling ti tech support as well and they told me to post here. can anyone help me reset the password or the whole machine?? I've looked all over the machine and cant find any serial numbers or model numbers the only thing it says is Texas instruments da vinci. you can call me at my store at 716-844-2017 if you'd like or i will watch this post ...thanks, amber
