As for the speed, the AM62 MMCSD controller supports upto HS200 as mentioned in the datasheet

CPSW is a 3 port switch, 2 external port, as you see two ethernet port on this device, of cause it can work in dual mac mode other than switch mode. Similar as AM335x.

the M4 is a MCU, you can find RTOS SDK under AM62x product page, you can use MCU peripherals on MCU as you want. what is power mirror?
