   All!
   I am doing my project with TMS320C6713B, now I want to interface memory ICs through EMIF, the datasheet suggests that 'To maintain signal integrity for the EMIF signals, serial termination resistors should be inserted into all EMIF output signal lines' at the bottom of Page 51, but it didn't give the resistor's value. I wander what's the proper value of the 'serial termination resistors'?

Try 22-ohms.

But on some boards, the value is 33-ohms, are both 22-ohms and 33-ohms the suitable values?

What's the exact function of these serial termination resistors here?

There's not a single universal value that can be prescribed. It depends on things like drive strength, impedance, etc. You can model this sort of thing using IBIS models. The goal is to improve signal integrity. You can always experiment and try a few different values on your board.
