does somebody know, where I can find DDRSLRATE documented in DDR2 Userguide (spru970g.pdf  i.e. page 33)  in the pin map of the DSP (tms320c6455.pdf)?

    Bernhard,

    It looks like this pin is not provided on this device. Not all features described in the DDR2 User's Guide are available on all device implementations. This can be true for other peripherals, also.
