TMS320C6672 Power estimation spreadsheet

The spreadsheet for these devices won't be available until we can finish power characterization for these devices.  This won't be done until we have received the PG2.0 version of the part.  A good estimate can be obtained from the present spreadsheet with some modification.  This is described in the following post.

Steve, the link points to an internal forum post not visible on the external forum where you are posting. The gist on the link Bill provided is this:

"We expect that the power reduction per core will be roughly about 0.75A per core that is removed at 1GHz and 85C.  This should get both the 2 and 4 core devices below 10A even at 1.25GHz.  However, we cannot commit to that until we begin collecting power consumption data.". Please note that we are in the process of characterizing the 2 and 4-core versions of the devices so the numbers mentioned above are not committed numbers.
