What is the typical and maximum overall power consumption of the TMS320C5533 assuming it is running at 100MHz Clock input. The data sheet indicates the CORE supply draw totaling 9mA. I would have assumed higher current draw from this device. You may assume negligible sink / source on the I/O pins.
