Hi team,
TMDS64EVM no longer works.
When I investigated, I found that U30's 5V was not being output.
VDDA and SS2 are working, but no pulse is being output from DCDC2.
When I turn off SW1, I see a negative voltage that exceeds the rating. Could this be the cause of the failure?

I apologize for the long delay. It appears that the board got damaged during power-on. My guess is that LM5140 may have gotten damaged because of hot plugging or because of an intermittent connection with the power supply plug.
To avoid high inrush currents, and prevent possible damage to the AM64x/AM243x EVM components, the procedure in Section 3.1 (Power-On Procedure) in the EVM user guide must be followed. It sounds like you followed this procedure.
A “tuning fork” style plug is also recommended to avoid the possibility of intermittent connections. For reference, below is a picture of the “tuning fork” style plug. Note the ground pins in the center of the plug. The recommended power supply that’s in Section 3.1 of the EVM user guide uses this type of plug.
Please submit an RMA Request for the board.
Boards are sometimes recoverable by simply replacing LM5140. However, it's hard to tell what all has gone wrong with the board if there was an issue with the LM5140 without probing further.
